- Shipping: in-stock parts typically ship the same day or the next business day.
- Back-orders: typical lead time is 1-2 weeks (machining, anodizing, QC and logo work) before the part ships.
- Returns: within 60 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, minus shipping and handling. Parts must be in good condition, in the original box when possible, with all paperwork, parts and accessories. A return authorization (RMA) number is required before sending anything back.
- Ordered the wrong pulley? As long as it's in new condition it can be exchanged for the correct pulley, less shipping or any difference in price.
