2015-2022 Mercedes C400/C450/C43 AMG High Performance Intercooler | W205

*Please email us any special requests*

This W205 C43 AMG high performance intercooler replaces the undersized factory unit with a larger core that keeps charge air temps significantly lower even when you're pushing the car hard.

The M276 twin-turbo V6 makes serious heat with two turbos cramming hot compressed air through a factory intercooler. If you push the car through any kind of sustained driving, the intake temps climb fast. When they do, the ECU starts pulling boost and timing to protect itself, and you lose the power right when you want it most.

This intercooler is designed in-house under our GCA Performance line and constructed from premium-grade aluminum with reinforced end tanks, so it’s made to handle increased boost pressures from tuned setups without flexing or failing.

The optimized core dimensions and enhanced fin density deliver substantially more cooling capacity than the factory unit, while the internal flow path is engineered to minimize pressure drop - so you're getting cooler air without sacrificing airflow velocity. The result is consistent power delivery that doesn't fade after the second or third pull, sharper throttle response, and an engine that holds its tune targets instead of pulling back to save itself.
