DSX Tuning Anysize Pulley for Innovator's West

Please note we will only cut these on Thursdays in order to minimize fixture swapping in our machine. Please contact us if you have an urgent need for one. Custom made pulleys are not returnable.

These are made to order lower pulleys for the Innovator's West LSA and Camaro/CTS-V LT4 balancers. They are machined from 6061-T6 aluminum.

The pulleys are available in any size for either 8-rib, 10-rib, or 12-rib configuration up to an effective diameter of 10.5". These are made 100% in house. Anodizing is available for an extra fee (and may add significant time to delivery). Please choose your rib configuration from the drop down menu, and specify the size of the pulley in notes when placing your order. We can typically ship within one week of ordering (usually faster). Returns are not accepted on custom cut pulleys.

Due to a slight misalignment between LSA and LT4 as a result of the IW dimensioning, please make sure to note if you are ordering a 10 or 12 rib for the LT4 so we can adjust the offset to ensure rib alignment in the drive system. The regular 8-rib pulley is reversible (install one way for LSA, install the other way for LT4).

OEM LSA diameter is 199.93mm (7.87").

OEM LT4 diameter is 204.97mm (8.07").

DSX Tuning shipping & returns

• Shipping: in-stock orders placed before 3pm CST usually ship the same day. Back-ordered items ship as soon as they are available.
• Returns: unopened parts within 30 days of receipt, with a 20% restocking fee once the order has shipped. Original shipping is not refunded and the customer pays return shipping. "Unopened" means the original packaging is undisturbed and the part was never installed.
• Cancellations: orders not yet shipped (back-orders included) carry a 5% cancellation fee.
• Not returnable: custom-made or customized items.
• Warranty: DSX-made parts are covered against manufacturing and assembly defects for life for the original buyer. Installation damage, modified parts, cut or rubbed harnesses and fuel lines, and water damage to electronics are not covered.
