Billet Double Bearing Idler Pulley

These idler pullies are made from billet 6061 aluminum and use two SKF 6203 bearings for durability. The rear spacer is included, and these are designed to work with a stock bolt. They are available in two diameters: 100mm and 76mm. Please note the 100mm have been redesigned to accommodate 12-rib LSA systems and will have an excess of unused area towards the front on 8-rib systems. The 76mm is not intended for LSA drive systems.

DSX manufactured components are covered against defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product.

• Shipping: in-stock orders placed before 3pm CST usually ship the same day. Back-ordered items ship as soon as they are available.
• Returns: unopened parts within 30 days of receipt, with a 20% restocking fee once the order has shipped. Original shipping is not refunded and the customer pays return shipping. "Unopened" means the original packaging is undisturbed and the part was never installed.
• Cancellations: orders not yet shipped (back-orders included) carry a 5% cancellation fee.
• Not returnable: custom-made or customized items.
• Warranty: DSX-made parts are covered against manufacturing and assembly defects for life for the original buyer. Installation damage, modified parts, cut or rubbed harnesses and fuel lines, and water damage to electronics are not covered.
