The DSX Tuning Aux Pump Kit is the original and budget friendly alternative to big fuel supply with a simple installation. There's no need to get inside of the factory fuel tank, as this system taps into the tank and uses an external pump that ties back into the factory feed line. With the help of the factory fuel pressure in the ECM, the ECM always knows what your fuel pressure is even when the aux pump kicks on to give a huge boost in pressure and flow. The C8 system is only sold with the higher flow GSL396 pump.
The heart of the system is a DSX Tuning proprietary PnP controller that plugs into the MAP sensor. There's no need to tap vacuum lines or install a Hobbs switch as the DSX Tuning controller utilizes the electrical signal from the MAP to trigger the pump. The controller is incorporated into an easy to install harness with minimal connections to ensure the end user doesn't have to do any wiring. The pump is activated at 2psi (114kPa) and shuts off when falling below 0psi. You must run a LS9 MAP sensor instead of the factory sensor.
The system features smooth bore PTFE coated crimped fuel lines to ensure leak free operation and corrosion resistance against ethanol for the life of the vehicle as well as inhibit any fuel odor from permeating through the lines. These lines are pressure tested by the manufacturer to verify against defects, so you can be sure that what you receive is the highest quality and rated for any fuel you will run through it. These lines are 8AN in size but use swivel push connect connections (except for the tank itself) to allow full flow even through the fitting itself (typical 6AN lines and ends are significantly smaller internally when inserted in the hose). Don't be fooled by lower quality push lock, screw together, or plain braided hoses! DSX Tuning is committed to providing purpose built products and not repurposed pieces or a collection of off the shelf components bundled together. The inlet filter is a custom made 74 micron filter exclusively for use with these pumps, and the one piece billet tee fitting is a true push connect piece made exclusively for this application. There are no backing nuts to fumble with tightening, and there are no plastic clips to melt or fail.
The pump is mounted inside the driver side rear wheel well, and all mounting hardware is supplied so the user has a 100% complete kit to perform the installation. Drilling the fuel tank is required for installation, and an available drill and tap is available for an extra charge. Don't settle for imitations!
Installation time is roughly two hours and can be done on jack stands. It is recommended to have a low level of fuel in the tank before installation.
DSX manufactured components are covered against defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product. The pumps themselves are covered for 90 days from receipt of the shipment.

- Shipping: in-stock orders placed before 3pm CST usually ship the same day. Back-ordered items ship as soon as they are available.
- Returns: unopened parts within 30 days of receipt, with a 20% restocking fee once the order has shipped. Original shipping is not refunded and the customer pays return shipping. "Unopened" means the original packaging is undisturbed and the part was never installed.
- Cancellations: orders not yet shipped (back-orders included) carry a 5% cancellation fee.
- Not returnable: custom-made or customized items.
- Warranty: DSX-made parts are covered against manufacturing and assembly defects for life for the original buyer. Installation damage, modified parts, cut or rubbed harnesses and fuel lines, and water damage to electronics are not covered.
