• Built to order: torque converters are custom built to your combination; build lead time applies before shipping.
• Returns: only unused, undamaged parts with all components and hardware, with a return authorization first, within 90 days of the original ship date. Accepted returns carry a minimum 20% restocking charge; orders already in manufacturing carry a minimum 10% fee.
• Not returnable: sale items, gift cards and some custom-built torque converters.
• Damage: inspect on arrival and photograph any box damage.
